JRP is seeking a Landscape Architect to join its multi-disciplinary team based in Wakefield to help deliver an expanding portfolio of landscape design work for our valued clients.

JRP are acting for Stonebridge Homes to provide architectural services for their planning submission for 150 dwellings on City Fields, Wakefield. The application has been submitted to Wakefield Metropolitan District Council.

Acting for the landowner, JRP are providing architectural and planning services for three separate sites within Kirkheaton totalling 143 dwellings.

Consent has been granted for the erection of 239 dwellings on the initial phase of development at New Waltham.

Working alongside Sands Limited, it is exciting to see that the development on the Former Bankfield House for 10 attractive family homes is now almost complete with only two left to be sold.

In February 2021, working alongside Barratt Homes Yorkshire East Division, detailed planning consent has been granted for the erection of 403 dwellings and high quality open space.
