Approval granted for 134 homes at City Fields, Wakefield

JRP are pleased to announce the approval of the planning application for Stonebridge Homes consisting of 134 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes on land at City Fields, Wakefield.

The development includes green space along the length of the eastern boundary between the site and new
dwellings being constructed to the east and a buffer to the north of the development. Two areas of play are proposed, one in the northern area of public open space and one within the eastern area of open space.
