Costa, Wheatley Hall Road
JRP worked alongside Harworth to secure outline planning consent at the former McCormick Tractor factory. The 112-acre industrial site will deliver a mixed-use scheme comprising of some 600 new homes and 200,000 sq. ft of commercial space.
The masterplan produced capitalises on the site’s prime road frontage where the proposed commercial and retail uses will be focussed, in addition to positioning the residential plots alongside the river frontage to create a desirable waterside living location.
In 2020, JRP were commissioned to secure planning consent of a Costa Coffee drive-thru unit on one of the prime commercial plots. The 1,800 sq.ft unit was let to Costa which opened for trade in November 2020.
