JRP were appointed by the landowner to deliver architectural and planning services for the erection of 14 bespoke dwellings within the Bramham Conservation Area. Each property was carefully designed to sit harmoniously within the locality. Increased property heights at key vista points provides a high-quality legible environment. Parking solutions were set back from the road creating a car free frontage and architectural detailing chosen to respect the historic features of the conservation area.
We designed each house type and produced a full set of planning and working drawings for each. We also provided architectural support through the construction stage, making site visits and working with on-site contractors to ensure a high-quality build.
