Land at Brow Bottom Lane, Halifax

We are acting on behalf of Keepmoat, who are looking to develop the land at Brow Bottom Lane, Halifax.

It is the intention to submit an application seeking full planning permission for residential development.

The site is identified as a housing allocation under reference LP1009 in the Calderdale Local Plan.

This application proposes a development for 49 homes, open space, pedestrian linkages, and bio-diversity enhancements.
