Land at Tadcaster Road, Copmanthorpe

We are acting on behalf of Miller Homes, who are looking to develop the land at Tadcaster Road, Copmanthorpe

It is the intention to submit an application seeking reserved matters planning permission for residential development.

The site is identified as a housing allocation under reference ST31 in the York Local Plan.

This application proposes a development for 140 homes, open space, pedestrian linkages, and bio-diversity enhancements.
