Large Residential Layouts   -   Leeds New Forest Village
A partnership approach facilitated the delivery of 1290 new homes on this Greenfield site.  Employed by Barratt Homes (Leeds Division) Limited, Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes and George Wimpey a reserved matters application was approved in June 2006 by Leeds City Council, and was one of the largest single planning applications ever submitted in Leeds. 
Working from the approved Design Brief, the layout evolved through regular consultations with Ward Members and local residents. 
In addition to the site layout, our Landscape Team prepared the detailed design of the central open space and structural landscaping.
