Located off the Doncaster Road, this residential urban development comprises the former Earth Centre car park and is 16.6 acres in area. The proposed dwellings consist of 1 & 2 bedroom flats and 3 & 4 bedroom houses.
The scheme design utilises Best Practice design guidelines and emphasises urban design to create spaces of distinctive character. Neighbourhoods are therefore created with a distinctive sense of place. Character Areas have been designed serving varying purposes and have therefore been designed in response to their use and users.

Landmark buildings are used and located as focal nodes to emphasise entrances, give hierarchy to spaces, and maximise on views.The scheme was submitted as an Outline Planning Application in June 06 on behalf of Pearson Developments.
