The Brownfield site is located between the village of Woolley and the M1 motorway, 1.3km from Darton Railway Station and 2.1km from the M1 motorway.  This office space was originally part of a 15.3 hectare mixed-use development, on a former Colliery currently undergoing extensive remediation. The building itself provides 15,000 sq ft of quality flexible office accommodation wrapped around a central atrium that casts light into the heart of the building.  Construction is due to start this summer.
